1. Summary
Everything you open in a tool is handled inside the browser on your own device. Best-Converter does not get, keep or pass on the documents and images you work on.
2. Information we gather
We gather anonymous usage figures (pages viewed, which tool was used, browser type and country) to learn which tools people rely on and to fix bugs. These figures never include file contents, file names or anything that identifies you.
When you email us, we keep that correspondence in order to reply. When you join a “notify me” list, we hold your email address until you opt out.
3. Use of cookies
One essential cookie records that you closed the cookie notice. Wherever possible, our statistics work without cookies. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
4. Outside providers
Our fonts come from Google Fonts. Tools that need extra components fetch them from public content delivery networks such as jsDelivr and Hugging Face: OCR language data, the AI models used for translation and transcription, and the video engine. Those providers can see your IP address, but they never see your files.
5. Your rights under the GDPR
You may ask us which data about you we hold, have it erased and object to its processing. To do so, email support@best-converter.online.
