Make your own QR code in a minute
Decide what the scan should open: a web page, a Wi-Fi network, a contact card, a message, a call, a place on the map, or a whole list.
Drop your logo onto the page, then tune colours, dot style and corners until the code matches your brand.
Save the result for print or screen, paste it straight into a document, or keep a copy in My documents.
Why this toolbox suits branded QR codes
Logo-safe by default
As soon as an image is added, the toolbox raises error correction to the highest level, makes room in the middle and, when needed, picks a slightly larger code, so the brand mark does not cost you the scan.
A quality check while you design
Small notes beside the preview point out weak contrast, a colour scheme that is reversed, a narrow border, an oversized logo and the smallest width you should print at.
Built for whole batches
Paste up to 500 lines, for example one link per table, room or product, and receive a ZIP of images or one PDF with a code on every page, all in the same style.
No account, no watermark, no expiry
The content is written into the pattern itself, so nothing is routed through a short link and nothing stops working when a plan ends. The job is done on your own device.
Create a free QR code with logo for real jobs
A plain black square works, but a code that carries your colours and your mark tells people who is behind it before they scan. The toolbox below handles that on your own device: the logo, the text you encode and any password are processed in the browser tab, not uploaded to a server.
Who uses it, and for what
- Cafes and restaurants: a table card that opens the online menu, with "Scan for the menu" printed under the code.
- Real estate agents: a sign or brochure code that leads to the listing, or a vCard so buyers save your number.
- Teachers: a handout code pointing to a worksheet, a video or a feedback form.
- HR and offices: guest Wi-Fi for the meeting room, or a code on a badge that adds a colleague to contacts.
- Freelancers and events: a portfolio link on a business card, a venue pin on an invitation, or an SMS code for sign-ups.
Getting the logo right
Square or round logos with a simple shape work best. Start at the default size and raise it only while the preview stays free of warnings. Leave "Clear the dots behind the logo" switched on for a cleaner look, and give the code a dark colour on a light background. If your brand colour is pale, pick a deeper shade of it for the dots and corners; the contrast note tells you when it is still too light.
Which file to hand over
Send PNG for a website, a slide or a social post; transparency is available if the background must disappear. Give a printer or designer the SVG, which is vector and stays sharp on a banner as well as on a sticker; the PDF is vector too unless a gradient is used. Before anything goes to print, scan it once with two different phones.

Questions people ask about this task
How can I make a QR code with my company logo for free?
Pick the content type, open the Logo tab and choose your image, or simply drag it onto the generator. There is no charge, no login and no watermark on the file you save.
Will a QR code still work with a logo in the centre?
Yes, as long as the logo stays reasonably small. The tool switches to High error correction, which lets the code recover about 30% of lost data, and shows a warning when the image hides too much of the pattern.
What size should a QR code be on a business card or flyer?
The preview tells you the minimum print width for your exact code, never less than 2 cm. For posters read from a few metres away, go much larger, and choose SVG or PDF so the edges stay crisp.
Can guests join my Wi-Fi by scanning a code?
Yes. Enter the network name, password and security type, then print the code for a reception desk or holiday rental. Recent iPhones and Android 10 or newer offer to connect straight from the camera.
Can I make a different QR code for every table or room?
Yes. The Bulk tab turns each line of a list into its own code with the same colours and logo, and saves them together as a ZIP or a multi-page PDF.
Do I need to keep an account so my codes keep working?
No. The code does not rely on a stored record or a redirect, so a code you print today still opens the same content years from now.
